Keg Etching
Keg etching services from US Kegs are a great way for breweries to showcase their logo or design on their kegs. We use advanced technology to etch logos, artwork, or other custom designs directly onto the surface of kegs, ensuring a durable and long-lasting result.
Here’s what we can do:
- Fast in-house keg branding & customization
- Etching on kegs of various sizes: 1/2KEG, 1/4KEG, 1/6KEG
- For the electrochemical signature, the logo is applied to a stainless steel keg surface using an electrolyte solution and electric current
Keg Etching Ordering Process
All you have to do is submit your ideas on how you would like to apply electrochemical etching to your kegs and we will take it from there. Here are the main stages of collaboration:
- Place an order for the product you want us to customize and submit your artwork
- Based on your artwork, we create a mockup and send it back to you for approval
- We apply the design to your kegs, and then ship them straight to your location

Price list
Set up:
$325 per one image for each size keg (minimum 1 pallet of one size)
OR
$375 per image one color for each keg size (if less than 1 pallet of one size)
$5.00 per each imprint (may use one image size for all kegs sizes)
$0.30 per each character (excluding spaces)
