In order to place an order online, you'll need to create an account on our website. This account will make it easier for you to track your order and access any necessary information in the future. However, if you prefer to place your order via email, please feel free to contact our team directly.

Here are the typical stages of our keg customization order process:

1. Submit the draft design
2. Submit your logo or artwork in the vector format
3. Our graphic designer will prepare the final mockup for review
4. We’ll put your order in for processing after you approve the design

The processing time for your order may vary, depending on the keg branding option you choose, the quantity of kegs you order, and the number of current keg customization orders in our system. For standard orders, it typically takes us between X and Y days to process your request.

We offer shipping services across the USA. For a shipping quote to your city, simply reach out to our team.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email. This information will also be accessible in your user account on our website. If you require custom design services, our talented designers are here to assist you (this service is available at an extra cost).
